Sean has over 13 years of building experience, working across renovations, new builds and architectural projects. Three years ago, he founded Rochford Builders with the vision of creating a company that delivers both quality craftsmanship and a personal touch. As a Licensed Building Practitioner, Sean is highly qualified and has honed his skills on complex architectural builds as well as practical family homes. He loves working closely with clients to bring their ideas into reality, building homes and spaces that reflect their lifestyle and stand the test of time.

Gennady Murray

Project Manager/ H&S

With over 11 years of experience in the construction industry, Gen brings expertise in health and safety and project management to Rochford Builders. She ensures every project is well-organised, compliant, and delivered on time. Gen’s background means clients can feel confident that their build is being managed with care, efficiency, and a focus on both safety and quality.

Viba is our leading hand and a highly skilled builder who specialises in architectural residential homes.
